It will have been 50 years since the Class of 1961 graduated OLR in June of 1961. Susan McCarthy Cronin sent this message to the members of the Class of 1961... Calling all graduates from the Class of ' 61!  If you have an interest in gathering for a 50th reunion in  2011 please email Susan McCarthy Cronin at: shoesrule2@aol.com Susan and Carol Ivory have started to gather email addresses from both classes and would like to reach as many of their classmates as possible to start to make plans for a reunion dinner in 2011 in New York[date and venue to be determined]  Please respond so we can get everyone's input and put this reunion on the calendar!

Early in the morning of Tuesday, July 27, 2010, the NYPD and the Bronx DA made a drug bust on Valentine Avenue involving a drug ring named "La Perla" connected with the Latin Kings gang. For more details and a video, please go to Resources/Pastor's Blog.

During the summer, if you would like to register your child, please call 718-367-3081 ext.10 and leave a voice mail with your contact number. We will call you with the details and set a date for you to visit us. The school will be open Mon. - Thurs., 9:00am-12:00noon, Aug. 23rd - 26th and  Aug. 30th - Sept. 2nd.
